Stella M. Fodge, 77, of Rockport, passed away on Tuesday, November 9, 2021, at Miller’s Merry Manor in Rockport.
Stella was born July 25, 1944, in Rockport, to Adolph and Martine (Alvey) Payne.
Stella attended Rockport Church of the Nazarene. She retired from Peerless Pottery in Rockport, and had also worked at Styline in Huntingburg and Comfort Inn in Rockport.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Larry Ray Fodge Jr.; two sisters, Gloria Garrett and Mary Hasty; and her companion, Larry Wayne Vincent.
She is survived by her children, Pam Fodge Hubster and her husband, Steven, John Fodge and his wife, Janet, Judy Hack, Larry Fodge and Mike Fodge and his wife, Brandy; 18 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; 10 great-great-grandchildren; her brothers, Billy Payne and Michael Payne; and her sister, Zola Hollenbeck and her husband, Noel.
Services are 2 p.m. Monday, November 15, at Boultinghouse Funeral Home in Rockport, with Pastor Brett Cieslack officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Hill Cemetery.
Visitation is 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
