Steven Lincoln Chandley, 70, of Grandview, formerly of Dale, died Sunday, November 30, 2019 in Rockport. He was born November 30, 1949 in Evansville, to Lincoln and Elsie Chandley.
Steve graduated from Chrisney High School in 1967 and was a member of the UA Local 136 Union for Plumbers and Pipefitters for more than 45 years. He was a devoted son, brother and father, and was fiercely loyal to his friends. He loved Jimmy Buffett songs, John Wayne movies, and probably fished in every pond and “crick” in Perry and Spencer counties.
Steve is survived by a sister, Barbara Haller (Jim Jarnagin); two daughters, Larissa Chandley-Barr (Jared) and Jessica Murphy; and three grandchildren: Olivia Conrad, Noah Barr and January Murphy.
Friends may call from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. CST on Saturday, December 7, at the Fuller Funeral Home in Dale.
