Thomas W. Griepenstroh , 67, passed away Sunday, May 30, 2021, at his home in Lamar.
He was born in Tell City on June 17, 1953, to the late Ralph and Dorothy (Lambeck) Griepenstroh.
He married Karen Mullis on October 6, 2001, and was the owner of Griepenstroh Drywall.
Thomas enjoyed hunting, fishing, the outdoors, his family and the Indiana Colts and IU Sports.
Surviving are his wife, Karen; children, Wayne M. Griepenstroh of Lamar, Ryan Thomas (Letitia) Griepenstroh of Evansville, Jeremy ( Stephanie) Lindsey and Tiffaney Gaines of Tell City; a sister, Ruth Ann (Roger) Guth of Reo; a brother, Joe Griepenstroh of Rockport; and grandchildren, Isaiah J. Griepenstroh, Lyliah J. Griepenstroh, Maiah J. Griepenstroh, Keegan T. Griepenstroh, Kinley R. Griepenstroh, Braydon Vaal, Lorelai Lindsey and Bella Lindsey.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a daughter-in-law, Lindsey Griepenstroh.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday, June 4, at Zoercher-Gillick Funeral Home with Bro. Carl Boyd officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.
Visitation will be Thursday from 2 to 7 p.m. and from 9 a.m. to service time Friday at Zoercher-Gillick Funeral Home.
