Attention Gentryville Residents:
Due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control, utility bills are just now arriving. They were sent out by town employees, traveled to the USPS hub in Evansville — and stalled.
The bills sat in Evansville or a number of weeks.
The Town of Gentryville is not unsympathetic to utility customers (they’re utility customers, too). Since the bills were so late in arriving, no penalties for late payments will be charged this month.
