The second annual WRASFF Patty Fest show, which will benefit Anderson Woods Summer Camp, this May 13, with both a 2 p.m. show and a 7:30 p.m. show (all times Eastern).

The shows are in memory of WRASFF founder Scott Saalman’s mother, Patty, a major supporter of WRASFF who passed away in 2021. WRASFF, a unique mix of live music and funny essays, has raised over $165,000 for dozens of charities since 2011. All proceeds of the May 13 shows will benefit Patty Saalman’s favorite charity, Anderson Woods.

Both shows will be in an intimate “Black Box” room setting at the Thyen-Clark Cultural Center in Jasper. The shows will include WRASFF favorites Debbie Schuetter, Megan and Isaac Gatwood, Marc Steczyk, Kris Lasher, Scott Saalman, Beth Seidl, Trina Severson, Heath Kluemper, Kyle Rupert, and first-time WRASFF performers Chris Dixon and Brad Fischer (a Dubois County native and author of the very popular memoir, The Sand Bucket List: Lesson for Living Life and Facing Death).

Tilo, Gabriel, and Jaden will open the show with music tied to their El Salvadorian heritage. Admission is a recommended $15 or more donation. Due to the Black Box being a small 100-seat venue, it’s best to make reservations soon. To reserve seats, email Scott Saalman at scottsaalman@gmail.com or message WRASFF on Facebook—be sure to reference whether you will attend the matinee or the evening performance.
