Sheila A. Herring, 84, of Rockport, passed away on Thursday, May 15, 2025, at the Waters of Rockport.
Sheila was born in Rock- port on October 22, 1940, to Walter Curtis and Hester Virginia (Shourds) Bell.
In addition to her par- ents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Robert Willey and Ellis Herring, and her siblings.
Sheila is survived by her daughter, Lisa Willey; her granddaughter, Heather Dean; and her great- granddaughters, Nicole Dean and Nova Dean.
There will be no services. Boultinghouse Funeral Home in Rockport has been entrusted with care.
