The Cornerstone United Methodist Church will hold a gospel concert and meal from 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday, June 25. Admission to the event is free, but donations are welcome.
Two-time Grammy nominated singer and songwriter, Tim Menzies, will be performing his gospel program “The Word and Song.” Some artists who have recorded Tim’s songs include George Jones, Tammy Wynette, Kenny Rogers, John Conlee, Gene Watson, Shenandoah, Doug Stone, Diamond Rio, Tracy Lawrence, Shelby Lynn, Reba McEntire, Trisha Yearwood, Mark Chestnutt, Randy Travis, Patty Loveless, Toby Keith, Martina McBride, Joe Diffie, Trace Adkins, Josh Turner and many others.
