Zachary B. Hamilton, pled guilty to unlawful possession or use of a legend drug (count 1), level 6 felony; possession of a narcotic drug (count 2), level 6 felony; and possession of paraphernalia (count 5), class C misdemeanor; sentenced to 365 days in DCSC in each of counts 1 and 2 and 60 days in count 5, to run concurrently, with credit for two days served, remaining time to serve on 361 days on Work Release, pay fines and costs.

Damon M. Dant, pled guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction within seven years (count 1), level 6 felony, and driving while suspended (count 3), class A misdemeanor; sentenced to 365 days in DCSC, with credit for 77 days served, leaving 144 days (77 days if good time credit is earned) to serve in DCSC (this portion of defendant’s sentence is complete) and remaining 221 days (110 days if good time credit is earned) to serve on Work Release, driver’s license suspended 365 days, pay fines and costs.
