Elizabeth “Betty” Jean Hack, 94, of Gentryville, passed away on Sunday, May 11, 2025, at Scenic Hills at the Monastery in Ferdinand.
Betty was born in Owensboro, Kentucky on July 21, 1930, to Claude and Genrose (Floyd) Woolridge.
She enjoyed crocheting and eating sweets, especially chocolates. In her younger years, she enjoyed quilting, playing cards, and dancing.
In addition to her parents, Betty is preceded in death by her husband, Russell Hack, who passed away in 2005, and her great-grandson, Russell Pennington.
Betty is survived by her grandchildren, Chastity Bone (Gary) and Alex Pate (Ciara), and her great grandson, Bryce Bone.
Services were held Friday, May 16, at Boultinghouse Funeral Home-Youngblood Chapel in Chisney, with Father Ron Kreilein of- ficiating. Burial followed at St. Martin Catholic Cemetery- Centerville.
