Franklin Delano Roth, 86, of Richland, passed away on Tuesday, December 29, 2020, at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh.
Delano was born in Spencer County on March 14, 1934, to the late William “Poody” Roth and Olive (McCoy) Roth.
He served in the United States Army. He had been a farmer and retired from Alcoa after working there several years. He was also a member of Richland Masonic Lodge No. 702 and loved being outdoors.
Delano is survived by his children, Denny Roth, and his wife, Sandy, of Hillsboro, MO, and Kimberly Crane and her husband, Steve, of Richland; and his grandchildren, Clay Roth and Lane Hempfling and his wife, Vanessa.
In addition to his parents, Delano was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Louise (Bennett) Roth; his grandson, Jared Lee Roth; and siblings, Billy Roth, Bob Roth, Kenny Roth and Thelma Ferguson.
Burial at Hackleman Cemetery in Chrisney will be held at a later date.
Boultinghouse Funeral Home in Rockport has been entrusted with care.
