Spencer County’s January warmed up a bit last week, but lost the sun in trade. Rainfall was steady throughout much of the week, and fog was a persistent hazard on the roadways. Flooded low-lying areas, as well as creeks and the Ohio River itself, could put up quite the curtain of fog day and night.
