Looking for fun? Paddle Perry is offering several events in July.  
July 11 – from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. the group will participate in 2nd CASTS Outfitters ‘No Small Act’ Farmer’s Market in Booneville, for their Grand Opening. The kayak raffle drawing will be held that day.
July 12 – “UnClog the Patoka” on Patoka River, putting in at Survant Station Boat Ramp, Patoka River National Wildlife Refuge, Winslow, at 11 a.m. CDT. Find more information on Facebook at www.facebook.com/groups/paddleperry.
July 18 – Paddle from Rome to Bear Creek and back.
Also on July 18 – at the Tell City Cinema 66 during their FREE 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. CDT showings of LEGO Batman, a fundraising raffle. Tickets are $2 each or 3/$5. Purchase tickets before the show, one winner will be announced after each showing that day. All proceeds generated from the raffle go back to Cinema 66.
July 31 – Paddle Perry is hosting a FREE movie night, sponsored by the Tell City Regional Arts Association, at Forgotten Times Cabins in Derby. Showing JAWS. Movie starts at 8 p.m. CDT. Everybody’s Fitness will have SUP (stand-up paddle-boards) available for people to try for FREE.
Finally, the can drive fundraiser is ongoing. Drop offs can be made to Kelly at Joe and Linda’s Radio Sales (Radio Shack) in Cannelton during business hours, Monday – Friday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. CDT.
