Robert Earl (Bob) Goodwin, 72, of Rockport, passed away on Friday, September 4, 2020, at Select Specialty Hospital in Evansville.
Bob was born in Eureka on August 13, 1948, to the late Robert Nelson and Rosalee (Wilson) Goodwin.
A lifelong farmer, brick mason and truck driver, he enjoyed canning vegetables and selling pecans.
Bob was preceded in death by his daughter, Katie Belle Goodwin; and siblings, Peggy Sue Goodwin and Sharon Rose Goodwin.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Dorothy Goodwin of Rockport; children, William Earl “Billy” Goodwin and his wife, Angie of Rockport, Timothy Scott “Tim” Goodwin of Rockport, and Angela Kay “Angel” Esterline and her husband, Kevin of Rockport; grandchildren, Kristie Kay Bailey, Hunter Scott Esterline, Kelsey Cheyanne Goodwin, Samantha Bell Nance, Jenny Lee Freeman, Jeremy Scott Goodwin, Kennsie Lynn Goodwin and Kayleigh Middleton; great-grandchildren, Brentley, Felix, Gage, Greyson, Raylee and Tyla; siblings, Kathy Coomes, and Penny Naeglee; and nephews, Eddy and Danny.
Services for Bob Goodwin were held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, September 9, at Boultinghouse Funeral Home in Rockport, Indiana Pastor Carl Jones officiating. Burial followed in James Parker Cemetery in Hatfield.
