Last week, President Donald Trump allocated $50 billion to the Small Business Administration (SBA) for Economic Injury Disaster Loans. For Hoosiers to gain access to this funding, small business economic impact data must be collected from every county in Indiana so that Governor Eric Holcomb can declare an economic injury disaster.

If your business has, or is anticipated to, be impacted by COVID-19, complete the form at https://isbdc.org/indianacvoid19smallbusiness as soon as possible.

Information obtained from this form will only be used to assist in requesting an economic injury disaster declaration from SBA and identifying the greatest areas of need.
