Driver charged with OWI, drug possession

Twenty-two-year-old Rachel Young of Newburgh was westbound on CR 700 W near Richland when, according to the report, she disregarded the stop sign at CR 400 N and CR 700 W and ended up driving through a fence and into a field on private property. Young submitted to a preliminary breath test at the scene, which showed her blood alcohol content to be 0.132. Marijuana and paraphernalia were also located on her person.
