Spencer County records 52 new COVID-19 cases over weekend
The Spencer County Health Department reported 52 new cases of COVID-19 over the past weekend – 28 on Saturday and 24 on Sunday, along with two new deaths on Saturday.
Totals as of Monday morning were 1,851 recorded cases, 204 of whom are infectious and in home isolation. One is in the hospital. Since the onset of the pandemic, 1,633 Spencer Countians have recovered and 14 people have died of the virus.
