Stephanie Dorain Mattingly, 61, of Beaver Dam, Kentucky passed away on Monday, December 23, 2024, at Beaver Dam Nursing and Rehabilitation in Beaver Dam, Kentucky.
Stephanie was born in Owensboro, Kentucky on January 5, 1963, to Jay Phillips and Phyllis Crabtree.
Stephanie was a homemaker. She was a computer genius and enjoyed working with and on computers. She enjoyed watching T.V., especially crime shows. She also enjoyed listening to all genres of music and loved animals.
Stephanie was preceded in death by her parents; grandson, Quincy Washburn; sister, Carlene Philhower; and beloved Chihuahua, Scooby.
Stephanie is survived by her son, Danny Darell Mattingly Jr. (Robyn); daughters, Angela Mattingly (Tyler Washburn) and Rebecca Nash (Anthony); grandchildren, Kayleigh Nash, Waylon Nash and Amber Mattingly; great-grandchildren, Gracie Harris, Jordan Harris and Hyden Mattingly; special friend, Rena Tyler; and many nieces and nephews and extended family.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, December 30, at Grandview City Cemetery, Grandview.
