Wanda A. (Harper) Hanaway, 78, of Dale, passed away on Tuesday, January 26, 2021, at Miller’s Merry Manor in Rockport.
She was born in Anthonies Mill, Missouri, on August 23, 1942, to the late Luther L. and Evelyn R. (Dace) Harper.
She enjoyed crocheting, playing guitar, and playing piano.
Wanda is survived by her children, Sherry Ceballos and her husband, Richard, Patricia Hanaway, Terry Hanaway, Jolinda Hanaway, and Mark Hanaway; 12 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren; her brothers, Bob Harper and his wife, Wilma, and Larry Harper and his wife, Marcella.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John B. Hanaway, who passed away in 1979.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, February 2, at Boultinghouse Funeral Home in Rockport, with Pastor Jason Toler officiating. Burial will follow in Buffaloville Cemetery.
Visitation is 11 a.m. until the time of service Tuesday at the funeral home.
