Scare up some fun at DNR state park properties this month, thanks to a long list of Halloween and fall activities.
Halloween activities include Owl-O-Ween, Spooktacular, A Haunting Good Time, Ghostly Gathering, Fall-o-Ween Festival, Hoots and Howls Weekend, and Un-BOO-Lievable Happenings. Fall-themed events are Celebrate the Handshake; Apples, Engines and Hay; Friends Fall Frolic; and Old Fashioned Music Weekend.
The weekends of October 11 and 18 are Autumn Getaway Weekends at Patoka Lake, 3084 N. Dillard Road, Birdseye.
Lincoln State Park, 15476 County Rd 300 E, Lincoln City, will host Friends Fall Frolic the weekends of October 11-13 and 18-20, and the Fall Fun Fest from October 25-27.
