Debra Calhoun, 59, of Owensboro, Kentucky passed away on Monday, March 25, 2024, at her home.
Debra was born in Owensboro on June 21, 1964, to James Johnson and Geraldine (Calhoun) McCormick.
Debra never met a stranger. She was a member of Smithfield Baptist Church, a graduate of South Spencer High School, and had worked for INDOT.
She was preceded in death by her father, James Johnson and her sister, Joyce Calhoun.
Debra is survived by her mother, Geraldine McCormick; her brother, Maurice Calhoun and his wife, Nikita, of Owensboro, Kentucky; her sister, Jacki Sellers and her husband, Henry, of Owensboro, Kentucky; one niece and three nephews; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Services are 1 p.m. Monday, April 1, at Smithfield Baptist Church, 811 Seminary St., Rockport, IN 47635, with Cornelius Butler officiating.
