Kathleen Ann Martin, 83, of Henderson, Kentucky passed away on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, at Redbanks Nursing Home in Henderson.
Kathleen was born in DeSmet, South Dakota on June 15, 1943, to the late James and Ora (Brinkley) Moore.
Kathleen’s life was about the Lord. She was a skilled pianist and enjoyed playing piano at church, writing short stories, and playing Scrabble. She also loved to pet sit for her family and friends.
She had worked as an abstractor for the State of Indiana.
Kathleen is survived by her sons, Rocky Martin (Kathy) and E.J. Martin (Joy); her grandchildren, Nicholis Martin, Lauren Martin, Abigail Martin, Alexa Martin, and Josh Caulder (Rachel); her great-grandchild, Emory Caulder; and her sisters, Ione Johnson and Barb Pratt.
Services were held Sunday, October 11, at Boultinghouse Funeral Home in Rockport, with her son, E.J., officiating. Burial followed at James Parker Cemetery in Hatfield.
