Geraldine Ann “Geri” Ferguson, 81, of Evanston, passed away on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, at Scenic Hills at the Monastery in Ferdinand.
She was born in New Boston on February 7, 1944, to Paul and Elsie (Leistner) Kleeman.
Geri was united in marriage on June 28, 1975, with Randy K. Ferguson, who survives.
Between the 1970s through the 2000s, Geri sold Avon and later sold Mary Kay. After 30 years of service, she retired from the U.S. Postal Service in Santa Claus where she was a clerk.
Geri was a member of the Lamar Homemakers Club, and a 4-H and Girl Scout leader in the 1980s. She enjoyed camping with her family, her cats and dogs and collecting Christmas ornaments and trinkets.
Survivors include her husband of 49 years, Randy Ferguson; children, Tonya O’Nan (Bobby) and Ryan Ferguson (Chris); grandchildren, Kennedy O’Nan, Loghan Ferguson, Zach Krietemeyer (Meghan) and Haley McGuyer and two great-grandchildren, Aubrie Hall and Eli Krietemeyer.
Preceding her in death were her parents and brothers, Gary Paul Kleeman and Phillip Kleeman in infancy.
Funeral services will be private at Huber Funeral Home with burial in New Hope Cemetery in Newtonville.
