Teresa Ann White, 71, of Rockport,  passed away on Monday, February 23, 2026, at Heart To Heart Hospice in Evansville.

She was born in Hopkinsville, KY, on December 8, 1954, to Johnny and Wanda (Mart) White.

Teresa had a nurturing spirit and was a true adventurer. She didn’t need a grand budget or a first-class ticket to explore the world; she possessed the grit and imagination to find beauty and excitement in every corner of life. She had the remarkable strength to live on meager means, turning simplicity into an art form. Teresa proved that a life well lived isn’t measured by possessions, but by the depth of one’s experiences and the resilience of one’s spirit. 

She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Brenda Murl Grose.

Teresa is survived by her soulmate, Steve Kleeman; daughters, Brenda Carter (Gary) and Cathy Davidson; sister, Linda Smith; brother, Charles White (Tonya); five grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.

An interment service will be held at 9:30 a.m., May 16, at Park Lawn Cemetery, 1526 S Green River Rd., Evansville, followed by a visitation at The Refuge Christian Church, 8566 Telephone Rd., Chandler, from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. with a Celebration of Life service at 1 p.m. A fellowship meal will follow at the church.

Boultinghouse Funeral Home of Rockport has been entrusted with care.

Teresa was a true caregiver and a free-spirit.
