Marilyn Sue Nesler, 82, of Richland, passed away on Friday, March 20, 2026, at Woodmont in Boonville, after a brief illness.
Sue was born in Evansville on January 2, 1944, to Leonard and Florence (Hess) Bullock.
Sue owned her own cleaning company for over 25 years and had her beautician’s license.
In her free time, Sue loved spending time with family and friends, reading, being outside, bird watching, the beach, telling a long story, and her church family.
In addition to her parents, Sue was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Mitch Montgomery.
Sue is survived by her husband of 51 years, Larry Nesler; her children, daughter Jennifer Montgomery and sons, Scott Varble and Jason Nesler (Sarah Ascienzo); step-daughters, Karla Remegi (John), and Alani Star; her grandchildren, Bradley Montgomery, Jessie Rose Hart, Justin Remegi, Tabatha Rosenbaum and Tiffany Rosenbaum; great-grandchild, Brooks Remegi; and her sister, Faye Fisher (Patrick).
Visitation will be held from 4 -5:30 p.m. and a service from 5:30 until 6 p.m., Friday, March 27, at Boultinghouse Funeral Home in Rockport. Donations in Sue’s memory can be made to Richland Christian Church.
