William Glenn “Bill” Morgan, 95, passed away on Tuesday, May 19, 2026. He was born on June 3, 1930, in Perry County, to Oliver and Anna Rebekah Morgan.

Bill married the love of his life, Loma Curl, on January 18, 1952. Together they built a beautiful life and spent most of their 74 years of marriage in Spencer County.

Bill retired from Alcoa Warrick Operations and deeply loved spending time with his family. He and Loma shared a passion for travel and adventure, enjoying many cruises together and making the unforgettable drive to Alaska five times! Bill also loved tinkering with old cars and playing music. He played the guitar, the organ/piano and knew thousands of songs by heart! 

Bill never met a stranger and was known far and wide for his gift of storytelling, but he was also a great listener. Whether sharing a memory, a joke or simply lending an ear, he had a way of making people feel welcome, valued and good about themselves. A man of deep faith in God, Bill live by strong principles and believed that a man’s word was his bond.

Bill was a 60-year member of the Indiana Freemasons and a 52-year member of the Order of Eastern Star. He also faithfully served his community for 17 years on the Reo Water Board.

Bill is survived by his devoted wife, Loma and their five children, David (Caroline), Diana Carter (Jimmy), Mickey (Cheryl), Susan Morgan, and Kevin (Cindy). He and Loma were also blessed with 16 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild, all of whom brought them immense pride and joy. 

He was preceded in death by two grandchildren, B.J. Ball and Madison Gowen.

His life was marked by love, faith, laughter, integrity and devotion to family. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Services, including a Masonic Memorial Service, were held at Boultinghouse Funeral Home in Rockport, Saturday, May 23.
