It was a dark and gloomy Saturday night, but not without its charms at Rockport City Park. Despite the increasingly wet conditions, ghouls and goblins of all ages came together to celebrate the city’s first annual Howl on the Rock festival ahead of the Halloween holiday. Costumed characters from all genres were out in force to collect candy from a trunk or treat, show off decorations, and help bring the park to life with a good old fashioned Monster Mash.
