Carolyn Ann Oskins, 77, of Evansville, passed away on Monday, April 20, 2026, at The Timbers of Jasper in Jasper.
Carolyn was born in Huntingburg on October 21, 1948, to the late William Arthur and Nila Ruth (King) Oskins.
Carolyn had attended St. John’s UCC in Boonville and worked for Nephrology Associates in Evansville for several years.
She is survived by her siblings, Sara Fuhrman, and Michael Oskins and his wife, Sue; several nieces and nephews; her cousin, Carroll Frields and his wife, Gina.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. CDT, Saturday, June 27, at Garden of Memory Cemetery in Gentryville.
Boultinghouse Funeral Home of Rockport, has been entrusted with care. Any flowers or items for the family may be delivered to the funeral home by Friday, June 26.
