The town of Chrisney got into the holiday spirit Saturday, December 16 with a candy cane scavenger hunt, food vendors, and even a visit from the Grinch. Kids made the rounds around town looking for candy canes scattered around local businesses, leading them on a tour of Circle S, Opie’s, Chrisney Hardware Store, Blondyee’s, and the Chrisney Post Office. Successful treasure seekers returned to Two Sisters Country Store for a reward and a well-earned rest.
Isaiah House 117, Santa Claus Cookie Co., and Bee Original Dawgs were set up at outside Two Sisters Country Store to allow participants to recharge after their hunt. The Grinch also had a little hovel carved out for those who wanted to pay him a visit.
