McCormick, pled guilty to two counts of criminal recklessness and one count of disorderly conduct, all class B misdemeanors; sentenced to 180 days in SCLEC, with 10 days executed and remaining time suspended to 545 days reporting probation and 180 days non-reporting probation, shall not possess or consume alcohol or controlled substances, undergo evaluation through Southern Hills and comply with all treatment recommendations, pay fines and costs.
