Damian Hall, pled guilty to domestic battery committed in the presence of a child less than 16 years old, level 6 felony; sentenced to 365 days in Dubois County Security Center (DCSC), with credit for two days served and two days good time credit, remaining time suspended to 361 days supervised probation, pay $1,521.10 in restitution, no contact with victims, begin paying and remain current in child support, enroll in and complete Batterers Intervention Program, pay fines and costs.

Douglas W. Guth, pled guilty to strangulation (count 2), level 6 felony, and domestic battery (count 3), class A misdemeanor; sentenced to 900 days in DCSC in count 2 and 365 days in count 3, to run concurrently, with defendant to serve sentence in community corrections, attend and complete Batterers Intervention Program, pay fines and costs.

Crystal Freeman, pled guilty to resisting law enforcement, level 6 felony; sentenced to 365 days in DCSC, with credit for 88 days served and 88 days good time credit, remaining time suspended to 189 days supervised probation, undergo substance abuse evaluation and comply with all treatment recommendations, pay fines and costs, sentence to run consecutively with another cause.

Superior Civil

Bank of America, N.A. vs Randy G. Hagen, default judgment for plaintiff, $2,676.37 plus costs.

Miller, pled guilty to possession of methamphetamine, level 6 felony; sentenced to 910 days in Indiana Department of Correction, with credit for 18 days served, leaving 365 days to serve in community corrections and home detention with GPS monitoring and 545 days suspended to supervised probation, contact court alcohol/drug program director and comply with all treatment recommendations, pay $125 in restitution to Sheriff’s Community Strike Fund, shall not possess or consume alcohol or controlled substances, submit to and pass random alcohol/drug screenings, pay fines and costs.

Noah A. Seibert, pled guilty to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, class C misdemeanor; sentenced to 60 days in DCSC, with credit for one day served, remaining time suspended to 363 days unsupervised probation, contact court alcohol/drug program director and comply with all treatment recommendations, driver’s license suspended 90 days, shall not possess or consume alcohol or controlled substances, submit to and pass random alcohol/drug screenings, pay fines and costs.

Kelly J. B. Stuckey, pled guilty to theft, class A misdemeanor; sentenced to 180 days in DCSC, all suspended to 180 days unsupervised probation, shall not trespass at Jasper Walmart, pay fines and costs.
