Jose C. Gabriel Heredia Ramos, pled guilty to obstruction of justice (count 1), level 6 felony, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated (count 3), class A misdemeanor; sentenced to 910 days in DCSC in count 1 and 365 days in count 3, to run concurrently and with credit for 14 days served, leaving 268 days to serve on home detention with GPS monitoring and 642 days suspended to supervised probation, driver’s license suspended 180 days, shall not possess or consume alcohol or controlled substances, submit to and pass random alcohol/drug screens, pay fines and costs.

David W. Kerstiens, pled guilty to operating a vehicle after being a habitual traffic offender (count 1) and operating a vehicle with an ACE of 0.08 or more with a prior conviction (count 2), both level 6 felonies; sentenced to 730 days in the Indiana Department of Correction in each count, to run concurrently, all to serve on 726 days work release, driver’s license suspended 365 days, pay fines and costs.
