Hasenour, pled guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior conviction within the last seven years, level 6 felony; sentenced to 114 days in DCSC, with credit for 57 days served, driver’s license suspended 365 days, pay fines and costs; also pled guilty to use of private land without consent, class C misdemeanor; sentenced to 60 days in DCSC, with credit for 30 days served, no contact with victim, pay fines and costs. 

Cassandra K. Contreras, pled guilty to disorderly conduct, class B misdemeanor; sentenced to four days in DCSC, no contact with victim, pay fines and costs.

Alisha Joy Lasher, pled guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person, class A misdemeanor; sentenced to 30 days in DCSC, with credit for 15 days served, driver’s license suspended 180 days, pay fines and costs; also pled guilty to unlawful possession or use of a legend drug, level 6 felony; sentenced to 240 days in DCSC, with credit for 115 days served, pay fines and costs.

Miguel Juan Rodriguez Acosta, pled guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person, class A misdemeanor; sentenced to 365 days in DCSC, all suspended to 365 days probation, pay any restitution due to victim, pay fines and costs.  

Phyllis L. Stepanek, pled guilty to possession of methamphetamine (count 1), level 6 felony, and possession of paraphernalia (count 2), class C misdemeanor; sentenced to 365 days in DCSC in count 1 and 60 days in count 2, to run concurrently and with credit for seven days served, remaining time suspended to 351 days supervised probation to be transferred to Pike County, obtain drug/alcohol assessment and comply with all treatment recommendations, shall not possess or consume alcohol or controlled substances, submit to and pass random alcohol/drug screenings, pay fines and costs.
