Marsailles L. Dortch, pled guilty to auto theft, class A misdemeanor; sentenced to 365 days in DCSC, all suspended to 365 days supervised probation, shall not trespass at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, participate in any evidence-based programming deemed appropriate by Probation, Community Corrections or Court Alcohol and Drug Program, shall not possess or consume alcohol or controlled substances, submit to and pass random alcohol/drug screenings, pay fines and costs.

Dylan L. Monroe, pled guilty to possession of methamphetamine (count 1), level 6 felony; unlawful possession or use of a legend drug (count 2), class level 6 felony); and possession of paraphernalia (count 4), class C misdemeanor; sentenced to 180 days in DCSC counts 1 and 2 and 60 days in count 4, to run concurrently and with credit for time served, leaving 110 days (55 days if good time credit is earned) to serve in the security center, pay fines and costs; also pled guilty to maintaining a common nuisance- controlled substances (count 1), level 6 felony; sentenced to 365 days in DCSC, all to serve on 365 days work release (182 days if good time credit is earned), participate in any evidence-based practices programs and any other treatment assigned by Community Corrections; shall not possess or consume alcohol or controlled substances, submit to and pass random alcohol/drug screenings, pay fines and costs.

Jorge Adrian Esparza Reyna, pled guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated, class C misdemeanor; sentenced to 60 days in DCSC, with credit for time served, remaining time suspended to supervised probation, participate in any evidence-based programming deemed appropriate by Probation, Community Corrections or Court Alcohol and Drug Program, shall not possess or consume alcohol or controlled substances, submit to and pass random alcohol/drug screenings, pay fines and costs.
