Dylan L. Jorge Adrian Esparza Reyna, pled guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated, class C misdemeanor; sentenced to 60 days in DCSC, with credit for time served, remaining time suspended to supervised probation, participate in any evidence-based programming deemed appropriate by Probation, Community Corrections or Court Alcohol and Drug Program, shall not possess or consume alcohol or controlled substances, submit to and pass random alcohol/drug screenings, pay fines and costs.
