Kress, pled guilty to possession of a controlled substance (count 1), class A misdemeanor, and possession of a device or substance used to interfere with a drug or alcohol screening (count 4), class B misdemeanor; pled guilty to 10 days in DCSC in each count, to run concurrently with credit for two days served and two days good time credit, leaving six days (three days if good time credit is earned) to serve in the Security Center, shall have no contact with Kelsey Hinton, pay restitution in an amount to be determined by the Court, pay fines and costs. 

Cristina Cruz, pled guilty to possession of paraphernalia (count 1), class C misdemeanor; possession of marijuana (count 2), class B misdemeanor; and driving while suspended (count 3), class A infraction; sentenced to six days in DCSC in each of counts 1 and 2, to run concurrently, pay fines and costs in count 3. 

Oscar Barco Hernandez, pled guilty to theft, level 6 felony; sentenced to 544 days in DCSC, with credit for two days served, leaving 244 days to serve on home detention with GPS monitoring and remaining time suspended to 300 days supervised probation to be transferred to Warrick County, pay restitution (if any is due) to Farbest Foods, Inc. and shall not trespass at same, pay fines and costs.
