State of Indiana vs the following: 

Carl F. Young, pled guilty to unlawful possession of a syringe, level 6 felony; sentenced to 365 days in Indiana Department of Correction (IDOC), to be served on work release, contact court alcohol and drug program director and comply with all treatment recommendations, pay fines and costs; also pled guilty to unlawful possession of a legend drug, level 6 felony; sentenced to 365 days in DCSC, with credit for time served, leaving 143 days (71 days if good time credit is earned) to serve on work release, pay fines and costs; also pled guilty to obstruction of justice (count 1), level 6 felony, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated (count 2), class C misdemeanor; sentenced to 912 days in IDOC in count 1 and 60 days in count 2, all to serve on work release, driver’s license suspended 90 days, pay fines and costs.

Curtis D. Rodgers, pled guilty to operating a motor vehicle after forfeiture of license for life (count 1), level 5 felony, and possession of a narcotic drug (count 2), level 6 felony; sentenced to 365 days in IDOC, pay fines and costs.

Weston D. Rust, pled guilty to public indecency (count 1), level 6 felony, and possession of a controlled substance (count 2), class A misdemeanor; sentenced to 360 days in DCSC in each count, to run concurrently and with credit for 288 days served, leaving 72 days (36 days if good time credit is earned) to serve, pay fines and costs.

Lucinda K. Hosmer, pled guilty to possession of marijuana, class B misdemeanor; sentenced to 180 days in DCSC, all suspended to 365 days supervised probation to be transferred to Vanderburgh County, 80 hours community service, undergo drug/alcohol monitoring by court alcohol and drug program, pay fines and costs.

Hunter, pled guilty to identity deception, level 6 felony; sentenced to 730 days in IDOC, with defendant to participate in IDOC Purposeful Incarceration Program, pay fines and costs; also pled guilty to possession of methamphetamine (count 1), level 6 felony, and possession of paraphernalia (count 2), class C misdemeanor; sentenced to 730 days in IDOC in count 1 and 60 days in count 2, to run concurrently and with credit for time served, pay fines and costs.
