Superior Criminal

The State of Indiana vs the following:

Brandy Gergurich, found guilty of theft, a class A misdemeanor, sentenced to 365 days in DCSC, all suspended to supervised probation. Defendant shall not trespass at Wal-Mart, shall not purchase, use or possess alcohol or controlled substances, pay fines costs.

Jeremiah Chevy Wilson, pleads guilty to driving while suspended with prior convictions within 10 years, sentenced to 12 days in the county jail with six actually served, pay costs.

Landon H. Diamond, pleads guilty to one count illegal taking of a wild animal – deer or wild turkey, a criminal misdemeanor, sentenced to 180 days in county jail suspended to supervised probation, pay $500 fee to conservation officers plus other fines and costs. Also pleads guilty to operating a vehicle with an ACE of .15 or more, and driving while suspended. Sentenced to 734 days with two days credit concurrent with prior sentence in count three and consecutive with other prior sentence, 730 days to be served on home detention, 365 days in jail for driving while suspended, driver’s license suspended for 730 days, pay fines and costs.

Jeramiah D. Owens, pleads guilty to theft a Class A misdemeanor, sentenced to 60 days in the Dubois County Jail with 30 days confined, the remaining 30 days to serve in the DCSC, pay costs, sentence to run consecutively with other causes.

Michael L. Heinz II, pled guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated and possession of paraphernalia, sentenced to 60 days in the county jail in each count, to run consecutively and with credit for one day served, 58 days suspended to supervised probation for 363 days, shall obtain a drug and alcohol assessment and comply with all treatment recommendation, driver’s license suspended for 90 days, pay fines and cost.

Daron Jacob, found guilty of operating while intoxicated, sentenced to 365 days DCSC, with credit for four days served, 241 days suspended to probation and the remaining 124 on home detention with GPS monitoring, driver’s license suspended 30 days, followed by 210 days on specialized driving privileges with ignition interlock, obtain a drug and alcohol assessment and comply with all treatment recommendations, shall not purchase or possess alcohol or controlled substance and submit to random testing, pay fines and costs.

Circuit Civil

Capital One, NA vs Jamie Leclere, default judgment for plaintiff, $22,376.27 plus costs and interest.

Circuit Criminal

The State of Indiana vs the following: 

John D. Johns, found guilty of domestic battery (count 2) and strangulation (count 3), both level 6 felonies, and invasion of privacy (count 1), a class A misdemeanor. Sentenced to 730 days in the Dubois County Security Center (DCSC) in count two (14 days credit for time served and 49 days good time credit), plus 365 days in count one, all suspended to supervised probation; participate in an evidence bases program deemed appropriate, receive a clinical assessment from a state-certified mental health provider, enroll in batterers intervention program, pay fines and costs; no contact with adult and child victim.

Justin M. Rembe, Found guilty of domestic battery, a level 5 felony, sentenced to 1,095 days in the Department of Corrections (DOC) with credit for one day served and 39 days good time credit, suspended to 1,055 days supervised probation, participate in any evidence based program deemed appropriate by probation, receive a clinical assessment from a state-certified mental health provider, enroll in batterers intervention program, pay costs.

Tabitha M. Porter, pleads guilty to possession of methamphetamine, a level six felony and possession of paraphernalia, a class C misdemeanor, sentenced to  912 days in IDOC in count 2 and 60 days in Dubois County Jail in count 1 with credit for time served, 906 days, sentence to be stayed if defendant completes and graduates from the drug court program followed by one year supervised probation, pay fines and cost.

Adam J. Wilke, pleads guilty to perjury, a level 6 felony, sentenced to two years in IDOC, with 40 days good time credit and 40 days served, rest of sentence on Dubois County Work Release, pay costs. Also pled guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated, violation of driving conditions, and habitual vehicular substance offender, sentenced to 60 days, 60 days and one year, respectively, to run consecutively and with credit for time served, making sentences complete, driver’s license suspended 365 days. 

William Garrett Chase Bratton, pled guilty to counterfeiting, a level 6 felony, sentenced to 220 days in the county jail with 68 days served and 68 days good time credit, pay costs.

Dmitry Zimin, found guilty of interference with the reporting of a crime, a Class C misdemeanor, sentenced to365 days in DCSC with credit for six days served and six days good time credit, 353 days suspended to supervised probation, no contact ordered with victim, pay costs.
