Travis W. Black, pled guilty to criminal confinement resulting in serious bodily injury (count 1), level 3 felony, and domestic battery resulting in serious bodily injury (count 3), level 5 felony; sentenced to 3,285 days in Indiana Department of Correction (IDOC) in count 1 and 1,095 days in count 3, to run consecutively and with credit for 372 days served, leaving first 1,095 days of sentence to serve in IDOC, 2,190 days to serve on work release, and 1,095 days suspended to supervised probation, undergo clinical assessment with state-certified mental health provider and comply with all treatment recommendations, enroll in and complete Batterer’s Intervention Program, shall have no contact with victim or her family members, pay fines and costs.

Robert J. Benton, pled guilty to resisting law enforcement (count 2), class A misdemeanor, and disorderly conduct (count 3), class B misdemeanor; sentenced to 365 days in DCSC in count 2 and 180 days in count 3, with credit for eight days served and eight days good time credit, remaining time suspended to supervised probation, undergo clinical assessment with state-certified mental health provider and comply with all treatment recommendations, shall take all prescribed medications as directed by physician and/or mental health provider, pay fines and costs.

Jeffrey A. Deich, pled guilty to intimidation (count 2), level 6 felony, and resisting law enforcement (count 2), class A misdemeanor; sentenced to 730 days in IDOC in count 2 and 364 days in DCSC in count 3, to run consecutively and with credit for 49 days served and 49 days good time credit, remaining time suspended to supervised probation, enroll in a minimum of 18-month inpatient/residential program at Owensboro Regional Health or other approved provider, pay fines and costs.

Matthew T. Crew, pled guilty to two counts of theft, both class A misdemeanors; sentenced to 364 days in DCSC in each count, to run concurrently and with credit for two days served, remaining time suspended to 360 days supervised probation, pay $2,331.25 in restitution to Buyer’s Market and shall not trespass on Buyer’s Market property, pay fines and costs.

Elizabeth F. Havens, pled guilty to two counts of cruelty to an animal, both class A misdemeanors; sentenced to 365 days in DCSC in each count, to run consecutively, with entire sentence suspended to 365 days unsupervised probation, pay court costs.

Kevin D.
