Riley Kerr, pled guilty to strangulation (count 1), level 6 felony, and domestic battery (count 2), class A misdemeanor; sentenced to 364 days in DCSC in each count, to run consecutively and with credit for two days served and two days good time credit, remaining time suspended to supervised probation, enroll in and complete Batterers Intervention Program (after which final six months of probation will become unsupervised), no contact with victim, pay fines and costs.

Tealetha Motteler, pled guilty to disorderly conduct, class B misdemeanor; sentenced to 180 days in DCSC, with credit for two days served and two days good time credit, remaining time suspended to 360 days supervised probation, complete Domestic Abuse Intervention Program through Crisis Connection (after which probation will become unsupervised), pay fines and costs.

Gretchen Harbison-Raetz, pled guilty to theft with a prior conviction, level 6 felony; sentenced to 30 days in DCSC, with credit for five days served and five days good time credit, leaving 20 days to serve, shall not trespass at Jasper Walmart, pay fines and costs.

Megan M. N. Stutsman, pled guilty to possession of marijuana, class B misdemeanor; sentenced to 180 days in DCSC, all suspended to 180 days supervised probation to be transferred to Vanderburgh County, 40 hours community service, contact court alcohol/drug program director and comply with all treatment recommendations, shall not possess or consume alcohol or controlled substances, submit to and pass random alcohol/drug screenings, pay fines and costs.

Luis Angel Benitez, dismissed.

Humberto E. Palma, pled guilty to unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon (count 2) and dealing in methamphetamine (count 3), both level 4 felonies; sentenced to 2,920 days in the Indiana Department of Correction (IDOC), to run concurrently, with 1,095 days suspended to supervised probation after completion of drug court program upon release, testify truthfully against co-defendant, pay $1,000 in restitution to Indiana State Police, pay fines and costs.

Shannon C. Stuckey, pled guilty to dealing in methamphetamine, level 4 felony; sentenced to 2,190 days in IDOC, with credit for five days served, remaining time suspended to 2,183 days supervised probation, 100 hours community service, contact court alcohol/drug program director and comply with all treatment recommendations, pay $180 in restitution to Indiana State Police Enforcement Aid Fund, shall not possess or consume alcohol or controlled substances, pay fines and costs; also pled guilty to possession of paraphernalia, class C misdemeanor; sentenced to pay fines and costs.
