Hopster, pled guilty to battery resulting in bodily injury, class A misdemeanor; sentenced to 365 days in DCSC, with credit for two days served and two days good time credit, remaining time suspended to 361 days supervised probation (to become unsupervised after six months of successful completion of supervised probation, at the discretion of defendant’s probation officer), pay fines and costs.

James Schildge, resisting law enforcement, class A misdemeanor; sentenced to 365 days in DCSC, with credit for three days served and three days good time credit, remaining time suspended to 359 days supervised probation, pay fines and costs, sentence to run consecutively with another cause.

Darwayne R. Dunn, pled guilty to criminal confinement, level 6 felony; sentenced to 365 days in DCSC all suspended to supervised probation,undergo substance abuse evaluation and comply with all treatment recommendations, undergo clinical assessment through Lifespring Health Systems and comply with all treatment recommendations, pay fines and costs; also pled guilty to domestic battery resulting in serious bodily injury (count 1), level 5 felony, and criminal confinement (count 3), level 5 felony; sentenced to 1,095 days in the Indiana Department of Correction (IDOC) in each count, to run consecutively and with credit for 85 days served in count 1, leaving 730 days suspended to supervised probation in count 1 and 280 days to serve in the Dubois County Work Release Program, in addition to 1,825 days suspended to supervised probation in count 3, undergo clinical assessment with Lifespring Health Systems and comply with all treatment recommendations, enroll in and complete Domestic Abuse Intervention Program through Crisis Connection, pay fines and costs.

Christopher A. Patterson, pled guilty to failure to register as a sex or violent offender, level 6 felony; sentenced to 364 days in DCSC, with credit for 30 days served and 30 days good time credit, pay fines and costs. 

Superior Criminal

Aily Cordovi Gonzalez, pled guilty to disorderly conduct, class B misdemeanor; sentenced to pay fines and costs.

Zakk R. Blocker, pled guilty to possession of paraphernalia, class C misdemeanor; sentenced to pay fines and costs.

Carter C. H.
