Linda Sue “Susie” Adams, 68, of Evansville, formerly of Spencer County, passed away on Tuesday, December 14, 2021, at Norton Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky.
Susie was born in Evansville, on December 11, 1953, to the late William Lloyd and Genevie (Montgomery) Weatherholt.
Susie was a retired medical assistant. She enjoyed sewing, crafts, painting, wood working and building things.
In addition to her parents, Susie was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald “Gene” Adams; her brothers, Billy Joe Weatherholt, Lloyd Ray Weatherholt and Max Weatherholt.
Susie is survived by her sons, Keith Adams, and his wife, Jennifer, and Jeffrey Scott Adams and his wife, Farrah; her grandchildren, Zack Adams and his wife, Sheridan, Amber Adams, Jesse Adams and Conner Adams; a great grandchild on the way; her sisters, LeeAnn Pickerill and her husband, Kenny and Lisa Bowman and her husband, Randy; several nieces and nephews.
Services are 2 p.m., Saturday, December 18, at Boultinghouse Funeral Home in Rockport, with Pastor Steve Buse officiating. Burial will follow in James Parker Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until the time of service Saturday at the funeral home.
