Big news — the Live on the Lawn concert series is now FREE ADMISSION courtesy of Jagoe Homes.

Make plans to bring friends and family, blankets, and lawn chairs. The front lawn will be marked off with limited, dedicated 10’x10’ “homes” for guests (each to accommodate up to 6 people from your household) with six foot aisles in between to allow for proper social distancing. Spaces will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

In an effort to get into the cooler part of the evening, event times have also been changed. Admission to the Owensboro Convention Center front lawn will now begin at 6 p.m. with live music from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Upcoming performances include:

July 24 – Andy Brasher

July 31 – Cynthia Murray

Per Governor’s Beshear’s mandate, guests in attendance will have to wear masks or face coverings while not in their “home” (designated space).

No umbrellas, outside food and beverage, empty cups, or coolers will be allowed with the exception that guests may bring in one unopened bottle of water.

Guests can pre-order a Picnic Box for $10 per person that includes chicken fried chicken breast, coleslaw, mashed potatoes and gravy, and a canned soda or bottled water on OwensboroTickets.com.

Other summertime favorites that will be available for purchase on site will include hot dogs, hamburgers, and more.

For guests 21 and older, full bars will also be available. Please note there will be line queues with social distancing markers on the ground for entrance to concession and bar areas.

Access to restrooms will also be available inside with a dedicated housekeeper cleaning them at least every hour.
