Lucas Reed Rininger, 32, of Hatfield, passed away on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, at his home.
Lucas was born on May 7, 1993, to Stacy (Easley) Barnett and Jody Rininger.
Lucas attended Bakers Creek Baptist Church in Eureka. He was a graduate of South Spencer High School class of 2011. A member of Eureka Masonic Lodge #397, he was also a Kentucky Colonial and a member of Sons of Confederate Veterans in Chapel Hill, Tennessee. Lucas enjoyed hunting and fishing and was a member of the Spencer County Fin, Fur and Feather Game Club.
He was preceded in death by his father, Jody Rininger, grandmother, Dorothy “Dottie” Lee Easley; and uncle, Wesley Shaw.
Lucas is survived by his mother, Stacy Barnett and her husband, Michael of Birdseye; Step-siblings, David Barnett, Jake Rininger and Samantha Calaway; grandparents, Pete Easley, Jim and Sherry Rininger, Rosetta and Scott Lashlee; uncle, David Shaw and his wife, Becky; many extended family and friends.
Services were held Sunday, November 30, at the Boultinghouse Funeral Home in Rockport, with Eureka Masonic Lodge #397 followed by Pastor Carl Jones.
