The annual Mariah Hill Soup 5K Run/Walk is scheduled for Sunday, August 9, and it’s time to enter the race!
Entry forms for the race can be found at The Chateau and Patriot Station in Mariah Hill, or on the Mariah Hill Soup Run’s Facebook page (you can also email Tammy Keller at tkeller@banda-construction.com for an entry form). The entry fee is $25 on the day of the race, and $15 for ages 13 and under.
Registration on the morning of the race will begin at 7:30 a.m. CDT, with the 5K scheduled to begin at 8:30 a.m. The race will begin near the Patriot Station (6957 E SR 62 in Mariah Hill); parking will be available at both the Patriot Station and The Chateau.
Prizes will be awarded in each category, and all participants will receive a free T-shirt. The first place overall male and female winners will receive a cash prize and one gallon of Mariah Hill Soup.
Proceeds of the race will benefit the Mariah Hill Social Concerns Committee.
