Nancy Lou Fulks, 51, of Rockport, passed away on Tuesday, November 5, 2019 at Transcendent Healthcare in Boonville.
Nancy was born in Owensboro, Kentucky on March 27, 1968 to Gary Wayne Fulks and Janice Louise (Schroeder) Fulks.
She was a past member of the Spencer County Fair Board, the Spencer County Historical Society, and the Rockport American Legion Ladies Auxiliary.
A graduate of Brescia University and ITT, she had worked for The Journal Democrat, and the Comfort Inn in Rockport. She was an accomplished artist and photographer.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and a cousin, Lonney Schroeder.
Survivors include her uncle, Don Schroeder (Ann) of Rockport; cousins, Tammy Russell, Chris Schroeder, Donna Garcia and Amanda Sparks; and her faithful and beloved dog, Carter.
A graveside service for Nancy Fulks will be held on Friday, November 8, at Sunset Hill Cemetery in Rockport. Boultinghouse Funeral Home in Rockport was entrusted with care.
