Robert Keith Schoonard, 63, of Hatfield, passed away on Saturday, February 20, 2021, at his childhood home surrounded by his loving family and friends.
Robert was born in Evansville on July 3, 1957, to Robert and Audrey Mae (Renshaw) Schoonard.
He had worked at Whirlpool in Evansville. Robert loved woodworking and beekeeping. He also enjoyed the outdoors and fishing.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Harmon and Olive Renshaw and Clarence and Bertha Schoonard; and his beloved dog, Angel.
Robert is survived by his wife, Tammy (Cron) Schoonard of Hatfield; parents, Robert and Audrey Schoonard of Newburgh; sister-in-law, Patty Johnson and her husband, Rick; uncles, Jerry, Delbert and Daryl Renshaw.
A graveside funeral service will be held at 12 p.m. Tuesday, February 23, at James Parker Cemetery in Hatfield, with Pastor Carl Jones officiating.
Visitation will be held from 9 until 11 a.m. Tuesday, February 23, at Boultinghouse Funeral Home in Rockport.
