As of Saturday, December 12, there had been a total of 1,186 cases of COVID-19 reported in Spencer County.
There are currently 127 people in home isolation and 10 in the hospital, 1,052 people have recovered and seven people have died of the virus.
Spencer County retains its orange designation, which prohibits gatherings over 50 people. Masks, social distancing and frequent hand washing are strongly encouraged.
