Collision sends four to hospital

Browning and all three of his passengers were transported by EMS to St. Vincent Hospital in Evansville for immediate medical attention. The driver of the Chevrolet van, 34-year-old Joshua Hornback of Rockport, declined treatment from EMS and was cited for failure to yield right-of-way involving a motor vehicle collision and operating a vehicle with a suspended or revoked license. Both vehicles involved in the March 8, 6:25 p.m. collision received disabling damage, totaling between $25,000-50,000.
