The Town of Dale will now be accepting credit and debit card payments. Dale has partnered with PayGOV.US to process electronic payments online, at Town Hall, by phone, or a via mobile app. Dale residents can now use it to pay water and wastewater bills or for permit fees. The app can be downloaded for free from the PlayStore or iTunes and is listed under PAYGOV. Use PLC code 38169.
The addition of these payment options expands resident convenience and simplifies collections. PayGOV operates under a Convenience Fee Model whereby all aspects of the service are provided at no cost to the Town. Only those who choose to use the service are assessed a nominal convenience fee. With PayGOV, the Town of Dale is able to provide residents with cutting edge payment technology, without bearing the cost.
