Easy Roast Beef Roll-ups

Want something quick and easy for lunch? Try these roast beef roll-ups!

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 10 flour tortillas (8 inches), room temperature
  • 1 pound thinly sliced cooked roast beef
  • 10 large lettuce leaves

Directions

Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and salsa; spread over tortillas. Top with roast beef and lettuce. Roll up tightly and secure with toothpicks; cut in half. Serve with additional salsa.
