Christopher Dallas Barrett, pled guilty to possession of methamphetamine, level 6 felony; sentenced to 768 days in the Indiana Department of Correction (IDOC), with credit for 113 days served and 113 days good time credit, remainder of sentence to be stayed so long as defendant enrolls in and successfully completes Drug Program (after which defendant shall be placed on 365 days supervised probation), pay fines and costs.
